Elite Diagnostic Solutions currently delivers orders to mainland UK addresses.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.

Orders containing products that are out of stock or subject to supplier availability may take longer to dispatch. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Some specialist diagnostic equipment may be supplied directly by a manufacturer or distributor and may therefore have different lead times.

Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier or delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, industrial action or other disruption.

Where a specific delivery timeframe is stated on a product page or at checkout, that timeframe will take precedence.

Delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.

We currently only deliver to mainland UK addresses unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with us before purchase.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant courier where appropriate.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, retain the original packaging and take photographs of any visible damage, packaging damage and the goods.

Incorrect delivery

If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us before returning it. We will provide instructions and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
